We ask you to vacate the room on the day of your departure by 10:00. Rooms are available on the day of your arrival by 14:00.
A LATE check out is also possible (for a small fee). - Underground parking is for bookings in rooms "Diamand" and "Emerald" included
- Not eating dinner at the hotel:
If you decide one day to eat elsewhere, we subtract 10 euros per person from your hotel bill!! - Please note that every room is unique, so they may differ from the floor plans!!
- Singe use of double rooms: + 30% of the accommodation tariff per day.
- Health treatment surcharge: up to 5 days + 10 to 25 % of the accommodation tariff
- Deposit: For binding reservations we ask for a deposit of 300.00 euros within 14 days, transferred to our bank account (charge-free)
